Drive past two other nearby Lexus dealerships and pay pay bridge toll to have our RX350 serviced and maintained by Putman Lexus. As your level of customer service is way above the other nearby Lexus dealerships. Trust my opinion by the experience I received at other dealerships.

My service advisor, Michael Kim again went over and above my expectations for Service during this most recent visit to Putnam Lexus for work on my ES 300. Also, the service technician that worked on my car did such a great job that when my car was returned to me, it looked just like it did when I drove it off the lot there at Putnam Lexus almost 23 years ago. Thank you again to everyone at Putnam Lexus for the outstanding customer service.

Michael was extremely competent, communicative and empathetic with our extremely frustrating problem.
