George has always been friendly and the service levels are great. The convenience of being able to just pull up, get out and head to the waiting area is what makes coming back an easy choice. Snacks, coffee and wifi, what more can a man ask for. Maybe a massage chair? That would be great!

Did not like the communication. I would receive messages and ask questions. No reply. I am wasn’t aware that bringing my car in would have meant keeping it till Tuesday just because of the service advisors schedule. I also would have appreciated driving my car instead until they were ready to work on it. I went to pick up my car when David said and he left for lunch didn’t call me or finish the paperwork. So I had to go back and forth. Again the communication is very poor.

The service was fine and George was helpful, thank you. It would have been nice to see in the website when I booked a 2:00 appt that I shouldn’t expect the car back the same day. For an oil change I wasn’t expecting to leave it overnight. Just a suggestion.

Advisor needs improved communication skills. Not available for phone call on day of service. No update on if car would be ready the day of service. No communication about the repairs recommended. Overall, very disappointed. Rates seemed excessive.
