Thank you for quickly making an appointment for the next day despite my short notice. As always, all the Lexus employees are polite and pleasant. I especially want to thank Michael for his kindness when he assisted me. I was especially happy that Michael told me about such a great plan, especially now with prices soaring. I was concerned about changing the tires on my car, so I was pleased. I understand that two of the tires are quite damaged, but I would appreciate it if you could tell me which ones they are. I waited an hour for a shuttle to go to Stacks for breakfast. I said i woul walk back to get my car to save you the expense. Is this any way to treat a loyal customer?

Michael was cordial and helpful. My car needed all 4 new tires and Michael was able to schedule a drop off on the same day I called and provided me with a loaner vehicle while tires were received and installed. In the future, all 4 sensors for the tires will need to be replaced and Michael will assist with the service. Thank you for the outstanding service, Michael and Lexus Redwood City! Marcia
