I was charged for services that I did not authorize.
On Wednesday, I visited your dealership for an oil change. My adviser told me that I could do the 10k miles service, which includes an oil change, oil filter replacement, tire rotation, and a multiple-point inspection. I agreed to that.
However, when I picked up my car and reviewed the detailed invoice, I noticed that my cabin filter was replaced and the element air refiner was replaced as well, and I was additionally charged for these items. Some items that likely include labor fees, such as brake cleaning etc, were also performed without my authorization. These were not services I agreed to, and these charges are unauthorized.
I would like to speak with the manager regarding this issue and request a refund for the unauthorized items. I hope to receive a fair and reasonable resolution. Otherwise, I am also prepared to open a case with Lexus Corporate to seek fair treatment. Thank you very much.

I had an excellent experience with my service representative, Ben, at the Lexus dealership today. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and attentive. He kept me fully informed throughout the entire service process and personally called me as soon as my car was ready. Ben clearly explained all the details of the service performed, including costs, and even went the extra mile to help address an issue with an odor coming from my A/C.
Ben is exactly what I expect from a Lexus representative. He truly encompasses the values and level of care Lexus is known for.
