No need to contact me. In the end, I got the service I needed. But upon arriving, I was told that the part needed for the recall repairs was not available. When I expressed frustration, then it became available and the repair was applied. Had I not expressed frustration, then I would’ve had to come back another time. That is an odd experience and reduces trust.

Randy was great in working with my schedule and getting things done in a way that reduced hassle for me. I also appreciated the Uber pickup/dropoff that let me get on with my day even without my car. Will definitely be sticking with Lexus service centers moving forward.
