Thank you making comments available. David did an outstanding job on my car. It looked so clean and shiny I hated to drive it from the parking place. He said about two hours and he was correct. While I couldn’t see all the internal steps that had been done rotation of tires etc I appreciated how much effort had gone into this service. My husband and I bought the car . He drove it only twice , was hospitalized at the VA in Pali Alto and passed away this January. I truly appreciated the great care was given.

Loaner car wasn’t available even though I reserved my appointment online with purpose of having a loaner car available. Upon return I mentioned to Lexus that I had a hard time refueling the gas as the gas station pumps clicked as if the gas tank was full. Gas even leaked out the side when I was trying to forcefully fill the gas. I was hoping to not get charged but without any notice it looks like I got charged. Not a great overall experience at Lexus. Service to the car on the other hand seemed ok but I don’t know if I’ll be returning to Lexus for any service beyond standard warranty in the future.

Benjamin Nino took great care of my car and went above and beyond to fix the fabric color transfer to my camel color seat, which is very unusual for a car barely one year old. Benjamin made sure all possible resources were implemented to clean my seat. Glad to have him as my service agent.
