I had a flat tire and came to lexus for repair. When they took the tire off they said it was unrepairable and could not be patched. It would have been nice to see why the tire was not repairable.

My second service time , while I had appointment , was suppose to be 2 hours. Sadly it was finished in 4 hours.David was very polite but who drop the ball, you guies figure out. Note this is the first, bad experience , after being with Putnam for over 10 years. Thanks Hossein

I’m very satisfied with the fact that I was able to make a maintenance appointment right after texting and I received the shuttle service. Thank you very much for that. However, I went to the front desk after arriving at the office when I was informed that the service was completed, but I was told that my car wash was not finished yet and that I would receive additional text once it was done, which meant I had to wait in the office for nearly an hour. Unfortunately I did not receive the text, so I had to check multiple times on my own. This was quite disappointing.

Randy is an excellent adviser. He is knowledgeable and very responsible to make sure our car meet the safety requirement. He also reminded us the deadline for the factory warranty , that we really appreciated. We trust him as our car advisor , this is why we keep coming back to Lexus dealer for service.
