The service advisor, David, is competent, helpful, and honest. The dealership is honest and trustworthy. I have been a customer for many years and have been delighted every time. I live far from the dealership but prefer to come all the way for the excellent service with integrity.

Made appointment to have low beam headlight bulb replaced. M chance could not do the job and said they would have to remove the bumper to reassemble the lights they tried to remove. They said the light bulbs I supplied would not work. The lights were not reassembled correctly. Hours later I got the car back and took it to a local shop that installed my bulbs in just a few minutes. No confidence in Putnam Lexus. Wasted my time.
