Once again, fantastic service at Putnam! I will continue to drive the 100 miles there and back since I moved just to service my car there. Living so far away, I feel like I’m always asking for special treatment in getting my car back early; I’m always accommodated even though I never expect it. So grateful for Michael this time and for all the reps I’ve had in the past!

Michael restored my trust in Putnam Lexus. I purchased my car from Putnam in 2017 and I used to love taking it there. Then after covid everything changed , I had multiple bad experiences and none cared. So I stopped going to Lexus. Michael was very knowledgeable, professional, he treated me and my husband, like a businessman who wants to have long standing customers to come back. Thank you Michael.
