David Liss is an excellent Service Advisor. My son and I have a total of 7 Lexus automobiles which we have serviced at Putnam Lexus. (LS 500,NX 350H, NX 450H, IS 350, and CT200H). David has been very helpful, transparent, and honest in our dealings with your dealership.

I have been coming to Putnam Lexus since I bought my car over 3 years ago. Ben Nino had always made me feel welcomed and has explained everything, IN DETAIL, about what is being done. I truly appreciate the commitment to making me feel welcomed and apart of the Lexus family! I highly recommend you ask for Ben if you go in for service! 10/10

David Liss is a Top 5 Star Service Advisor at Putnam. He is patient, understanding, transparent, ethical, knows is stuff. He always gets back to you. I trust his recommendations. He understands his clients and builds relationships. I am fortunate to have him as my service advisor for my 3 Lexus Automobiles which included my LC500 and my also my parents’ 3 Lexus automobiles which includes the LS500.

Dave was very good at keeping me updated on what was happening with my car. He was very apologetic when it took longer than expected to finish and when they needed to keep my car overnight. He accommodated me with a loaner car that worked for me.
