Randy was great. But my vehicle still says “maintenance required soon” and I was told I need to return to Lexus to have to have this cleared. This is standard and should have been checked and cleared before I left with my vehicle

initially liked going to the dealership due to the thorough cleaning inside out upon return the car back to the customer. I love the end satisfaction. I didn’t get that same satisfaction today upon getting my vehicle back. Although I was informed they had clean my car before I left the dealership. Upon returning home, the car was just vacuum but it wasn’t washed nor clean at all. There was a pretty decent bird poop on the trunk door and it was still there after I return home.

Very nice customer service. Above and beyond. Instead of just calling me an Uber., I was able to use a loaner car which made for a very seamless back-and-forth from the dealership to Portola Valley. Also, my service bill was very low, which means that you guys did that which was necessary, but not looking for things to do. Overall great experience.

George the service rep was not responsive to messages and voicemail and very condescending in speaking to us. The problem was not found and therefore was not resolved, but George just kept repeating only a visual inspection was done and he and his technician Peter couldn’t replicated my problem so he wanted to take the car home and denied responsibility if anything happens with the car afterwards. I am usually very happy with Lexus’s quality vehicles and service but this experience left me very dissatisfied with the service I received. Our family owns several Lexus vehicles but may start to consider other brands now.

I have been coming to Putnam Lexus since I bought my car over 3 years ago. Ben Nino had always made me feel welcomed and has explained everything, IN DETAIL, about what is being done. David Liss is a Top 5 Star Service Advisor at Putnam. He is patient, understanding, transparent, ethical, knows is stuff. He always gets back to you. I trust his recommendations. He understands his clients and builds relationships. I am fortunate to have him as my service advisor for my 3 Lexus Automobiles which included my LC500 and my also my parents’ 3 Lexus automobiles which includes the LS500.
