Randy is very good service adviser.He listened what I was explaining to him about the problem with my Lexus.which is ,the battery.His team followed up and tested out.They confirmed it was defected and replaced the battery. I am very appreciative and happy. Thank you Randy and his team.

Changed headlight is different from original. The new one is incandescent and the original looks to be LED (blueish). Very disappointing to have two different colored headlights Steve Pickering

I had the check engine light came on late in the day and you all made it so easy. You got me in, a loaner car and back on the road in such a short turn around time. You kept me updated on the status of the work and, even though you were busy you were able to get the car back to me in less than 24 hours. Thank you for the excellent service!

Extremely happy with the service the Mr Kim and his team had provided in servicing my rx340h especially for this non-scheduled emergency repair. My car suddenly died after dinner at a restaurant and I had my car towed in late in the evening. Mr Kim was able to troubleshoot it the next morning and resolve all the other issues with my car. He saved my roadtrip vacation which I started a couple of days after I picked up he car. I’m so grateful and will recommend Putnam to my friends.
