I was told by Randy that my total bill would be $1483.03. When I went to check out my bill was $1846.01! I will be going somewhere else for servicing.

You sent me a text message listing $7k of work needed without even a phone call to discuss options. This vehicle has $129k miles on it. Just because I am female and a senior, don’t think I have no idea of the value of this vehicle because I do. Only a fool would put $7k into it. You could have talked to me and maybe I would have looked at something to trade it in on at Lexus Putnam. That’s why I came there. But that is not happening. We have owned 5 Lexus vehicles. It’s all I have driven for the last 30 years but I’m done. I have never been so insulted. I should have stayed at Serramonte or Concord Lexus where I purchased last 2 vehicles. My mistake.

I love the team at Putnam. The manager Greg is always welcoming when I come in for service, My advisor George was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining my questions, the staff here treats you like family. We will continue coming back.
