Not a huge deal, but when I made the appt on the phone I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. When I arrived I was told it would take 2.5-3 hours. I had planned for 2 hours max (I was waiting) so stressed about making it to my next appointment.

Everything is great, except that I didn't receive a reminder until I realized the first service is overdue and called. Used to receive reminder prior to the appointment/service in the past years.
