George was amazing. He was friendly and honest and made me feel at ease and comfortable while they serviced my limited edition car. I am very particular about who works on my cars, but I was very impressed with the attention to detail and care by the staff. I will definitely go back to see him and Putnam Lexus for future service needs.

Well, Mario gave me a detailed explanation of what went on with my car as I was very interested and concerned about it… And was so pleased with how there isn’t any of those sounds now! I’ve always liked going to a Lexus dealership because they are very good at their explanations to all my questions… Thank you!

Alma provided great service. She addressed all my questions and followed up with my concerns with the mechanic. The headlights were adjusted for better visibility, and the back center seatbelt was fixed. Alma is efficient, quick on her feet , and delightful to work with. I like the on line check in, text communication on progress, and detailed summary report. Great work, Putnam Lexus!

I was not told that cash was not accepted. Fortunately I had credit card with me and was able to get my car. This incident could have been unpleasant, your agent did not hesitate when I asked how much the service would cost but nothing was said about "cash not accepted."
