Web site to approve work didn’t work. No phone call to me. Dropped car off Friday, agreement was to pick up Monday, car not ready. Only then I got a phone call.

Yes, I believe the car was repaired and serviced the way you told me it would be. It’s running beautifully and it’s clean and washed and I am very satisfied yes the service. The only thing that was a shock was the cost, but that’s life, right! Lily R
