George is GREAT! He communicates what I can expect and provides timely updates on progress with work being done on my vehicle. Very welcoming - I felt very reassured that George and team would make the best recommendation regarding the service needed! I am very appreciative of the quality customer service he provided!

My center console and glove compartment were rummaged through and my dash cam was unplugged and not put back. There were also many scraps of dirty paper or something of the sort left on the floor mat of my driver seat that definitely were not there when I brought the car in. There was no explanation as to why the things in my car were moved around.

as to the quality of the service, definitely a 10. However, estimate to complete work was 2 hours, actual time 2 hrs, 45 min. Would have been nice to have someone check in to let me know they were running a little behind.

Alma was fantastic ! She is so cheerful and knowledgeable. I waited three hours which was suppose to include the car wash. They were not able to complete that and there was white stuff on the seat. She cleaned it off and got my a card to get the car cleaned at another date. She also reviewed with me all the extras I bought with my new car. Alma deserves a raise for keeping me happy even though there were a few problems

Randy is competent and conscientious, very thorough and good at explaining what is needed. He is also friendly and kind. I am so happy Randy is the person who takes care of me when I bring my car in for it’s regular service and when I need help with a particular problem.

Service was good although it took a bit longer than anticipated. We had a loaner so that was good. I have to say though we were shocked to see the prices you are charging for recommended services for brakes, boots, bushings, control arms etc. who pays those high prices? Regards David

I do have to mention that I was disappointed in the way the car was vacuumed in interior and trunk wasn’t touched. Some spots were missed on exterior doors. Other then that, everything else was excellent.

I was given a loaner car. I drove it 30 miles. See ur records. I filled it at the gas station next to your location. It took 3 gallons. When I complained to desk staff and showed them the receipt I was treated very poorly. I was made to feel as though I was a liar trying to cheat you off $8. I have a very poor opinion of your dealership. This is not how you deal with customers who have bought or leased several cars from you over several years. Leaving ur customer feeling that you consider him a thief? What were you thinking?
