The service was fast and thorough. I was told it will take 2 1/2 hours of wait; but i only waited for 2 hours. I was very much pleased w/ the service and courteousness of Fred. The customer service was great as always. Thank you.

I brought my car as scheduled to replace a faulty tyre pressure sensor. The Lexus representative set up for me a loaner car, saying my car should be ready in 2-3 hours and that I will be receiving a confirmation message. I did not wait for the message but was back more than 2 hours afterwards, only to find my car still waiting for service in the workshop. I was told that the car would need the next 3 hours to be ready. As I did not have the luxury to wait that long, I had to cancel the service. I purchased instead the part, and chose to trust the installation to another workshop.
