I have always gotten a loaner and didn’t. Shuttle drivers were delightful, but it added delay. Office staff courteous and efficient But it took almost 30 minutes for someone to find my car. Multiple staff asked if I had been helped but it wasn’t until the office lady went and got the key and found the car right in front out of view from where I was waiting. I arrived at 11:50am and drove off at 12:20.

We've been happy with the service of David Liss, but not happy with the Lexus corporation. They have repeatedly said they would call and then wouldn't and refused to fully pay for the broken transmission and instatllation.

David very busy but worked hard to help me and get me out in the horrible wind and rain! He let me know what was happening then waited for me to get back to pick up my car after the huge tree fell down. Everyone was so very friendly and helpful. The young lady who greeted me was great. Even though I was a few minutes late she was welcoming. The young man, who once again, explained and helped with the display settings had no problem explaining things several times over.

Came in for an oil change, and bought a car!

I never met my service advisor. I showed up on time at 9:30am, waited for 15 mins and finally a gentleman came by to help me. He was nice and said he didn’t want me to wait. Then at 12:00pm, I called Alma and asked if my car is ready for pick up. She told me the car is in wash now and will be ready in 20 mins. At 12:20pm I received a text message saying my car is finishing up, I can swing by to pick it up. I went at 1:15pm just to be safe. The reception told me my car is not ready and it’s in line to wash. What??! I told her Alma texted me and said the car is ready. The receptionist was not friendly, she walked away and didn’t apologize. I told her I want to see Alma and she said she is not here. I waited another 30 mins before my car is ready. It’s a terrible experience. Please train your advisor to provide accurate time expectation to your customer. I never even met her throughout the whole time. What a terrible customer service. If this place is not close by my house, I will never come back!
