My previous visit at Lexus last year left me disappointed but my experience with Randy last week reminded me of the original Lexus service that I was accustomed to. He explained future service recommendations, he made sure I understood what was involved & I felt confident that I was in god hands.

Randy was great to help me get in with a battery issue that had been off and on for a couple of weeks. He made special arrangements so I could get a loaner car which I really needed. Great service and I will highly recommend him. Thanks Also Randy

Greg gave absolute VIP beyond 5 star service! . I am always greeted with the warmest smile and will be with the Lexus family for life ???? Greg always explains everything that is occurring with my car and goes the extra mile to make sure I understand . ( I am not car savvy ) I am so grateful for the positive experience I have every time I drive through and am greeted my Greg and associates wonderful presence:) ????

Randy and his team is completely professional I would recommend this place to anyone I hate doing this because it would make this place more busier than it normally is but I gotta give it to them great work guys I won't be going to anyone else so save some space for me and thanks for taking care of my baby

Service was good and Mario very professional. However it took 24 hours to get our car back for a 5k mile service check. The loaner car was incrediby dirty with two used masks in the passenger seat and a crushed paper cup with coffee stains on the floor.
