Mario was exceptional in pricing consideration, explanation of exactly what repairs were needed for my IS300 2001, and in even showing me parts that were replaced in my car and why those parts needed to be replaced. The car was returned to me not only mechanically repaired , but so clean, it could have been detailed while in the shop. I have been going to Putnam for years and even though this repair was very expensive for me, Mario made it the best experience it could be under the circumstances.

The service was great and everyone was super cool, except one thing wasn't fixed in my car, i.e. either the rattling of loose part when going on the freeway. Hopefully it can be fixed the next time I am in the store.
