Ben is extremely competent, thorough and Patient. He has my interests and safety as his top priority. When the level of customer service I receive from others at Putnam Lexus is disappointing, he does all he can to ensure I am fully satisfied and accorded the courtesy I should receive for having been a loyal Putnam customer for more than 2 decades. I totally trust Ben and because of the service I receive from him, it is highly likely I will continue to purchase and service my future cars at Putnam Lexus.
