I am very pleased with the outstanding professional services provided by Mario and the Lexus Services Department’s staff. They provided me with high quality of work with high efficiency and care in performingh: the replacement of my car’s rear breaks; 4 wheel alignment ; multi-point inspections; and also upon my request, they fixed the driver’s seat back support to ensure good support to my back while I’m driving. They even provided me a free loaner car etc…. So kind and thoughtful of them!

Alma did her job and I was happy with her. My concern is I have been with Lexus for a long time and 99% of my service records are with Lexus. I purchased another car with Lexus. What I did not appreciate is having to pay $115 for a filter when I know that I will be bringing my car there to be serviced. I felt that I had to be charged something for the CPO certification didn’t make me feel good. I felt like I was being nickeled and dime
. I have always respected Lexus customer service and appreciate the work and service I have gotten in the past; I understand times are hard, but to nickel and dime your a loyal customer doesn’t sit well with me. Thank you for allowing me to express my experience. In addition, the sales team that help me purchase this car also was great I appreciate them very much.
