Mario has been my service advisor for the past few years and he consistently provides quality customer service. I appreciate the consistency in service and the fact that I deal with the same service advisor. Perhaps this speaks to the employee retention rate. I also want to mention the service department customer service as a whole..the team genuinely seems to be on he same page.
