It was a fairly simple case of routine maintenance and a warrantee issue that was apparently resolved by a simple “system reset”. Hopefully the issue will not return since the root cause is (also apparently) not known. Regardless, the service was efficiently performed and a loaner vehicle was not needed, but was offered.

George was great. Immediately picked up that I was a regular customer to the service department and knew that I didn’t need to be explained to about the routine information. Night and day between George and the last guy I had.

I had not worked with David before so initially I was disappointed that the service mambo verseeing my service had cchagedv and uncomfortable having to rush off to an appt w/o truly making a friendly connection. I had a particularly stressful morning personally (returning from an appt regarding surgery on the 15th) so initially I was irritable toward David when I retuned to pick up my car. Fortunately David had paperwork to complete for me and that gave me enough time to recognize that I had acted inappropriately toward him. When he returned, he offered an apology but I was quick to let him know that I was at fault for my behavior. David was kind, took extra time so we could begin again to build a good working relationship in the future. I applaud his professional ability to manage a woman who initially was a basket case. ????

Randy is always very professional and helpful. We usually work with Ben and the two of them are both excellent. They know that I am busy and make it a priority to turn around our several vehicles when we bring them in for service.
