Mario is a great representative for Putnam Lexus. Very professional. I’m glad he is our service representative. I’m sure the other representatives are great as well. This makes it worth the money we spent for our car.

The team are very helpful. The payment link is a problem. I think it has a glitch. It shows CVV number errors but it charged to credit cards. I thought it failed to pay and I kept made payments. I have to call my credit card and the team to check and cancelled multiple payments that I made. The team checked and helped me out. Thank you

I am certain the service was fine regarding the lost key. What I don’t understand is how on earth you feel charging $300 per hour to set up an additional key for her car is excessive. I realize you have a company to run but there should be some kind of difference in charging for an actual fob. My car is now my mother-in-law‘s car since I sold it to her. I personally would never do business with Lexus again.
