We were kept abreast of issues coming up that will need to be addressed in the upcoming service appointments. We had a sensor issue that resulted from an auto body repair after being hit from behind. Ben inquired right away if we had been in an accident and pinned the sensor issue directly to that fender bender. We are going back to the auto body shop to issue a supplemental insurance claim and then bringing the vehicle back Putnam to recalibrate the sensors. Without Ben’s knowledge the costs would have come directly out of our own finances. We were very appreciative of his insight and suggestions. If the insurance avenue does not result in a satisfactory outcome, we’ll still bring the vehicle back to Putnam in order to bring the vehicle back to par.
