Alma was extremely helpful, on top of the situation, and reassuring. She took care of all my issues and provided a great loaner car (just like mine but a few years newer). When she would not be in the office, she gave me the number of someone else who knew my situation and could help me out if need be. Excellent service all around.

David is a pro! He goes over the job to be completed w you and makes you know he really cares about your total experience. He goes above and beyond to make sure you know what’s happening and that he will do all he can to get you your ride back on a timely fashion. He is really a caring customer rep for Lexus!

Fred and the team gave us sound advice and excellent service for an unexpected problem (tire failure over the weekend with a routine service scheduled for the following Tuesday. Kudos also to the service rep at Putnam (sorry I don’t remember her name) who arranged for us to drop off the car at the dealership on Saturday and get us a loaner. Robert **** (our salesman for two decades) for being there to give us his thoughts on next steps, we are most grateful. Lexus Roadside Assistance was great. Well done everyone — and thank you!
