George is a great his job. I drive from South San Francisco to Redwood City because I know George and the dealership takes very good care of my vehicle. The level of communication is outstanding and I’ve recommended many friends with Lexus vehicles. My car will only be serviced by Putnam as long as George is my Service writer.

Settings were not returned to the way I had them including the seat. My lights were turned off and not turned back to the always on position. Because it was daytime, I did not notice that the lights were off until zi got home. Otherwise the service and car were good and done faster than I thought. Remember, it is the little things that contribute to the overall critique

She was polite, but she misquoted pricing on back brake pads. Did not mention rotors being replaced. Said brake job would cost $1892, I called Back within 5 Min to say I changed mind. Left her a VM and called Service desk same time at 11:10a, talked to a female who said she’d tell her right away. I had to call back at 12:30 to see if she’d gotten message. Talked to Randy, he was very efficient and said he’d let her know. When we got there, she said that’s first time she knew we’d declined the service. Having brakes replaced elsewhere.
