I think when the service was finished, the agent would tell me all the work at thid time but there is not. For example like tire 4/4 or 5/5,what is that means,I really I don't know.

Very rude, insisting on using the loaner car instead of staying there for the time. I had called 3 weeks ago to make this appointment and specially said I needed to stay. The person on the phone previously was very rude too. It seems like they do not want to help, since I have membership and already paid in advance for all the services.

My experience with David was positive, as usual. The one issue that has cropped up the last few times I’ve tried to book an appt online is that I’m not able to get past the last screen to finalize the booking. So I end up having to call. The person who helped me a couple of times ago said that I’m not the only person who has mentioned this.

George is a great his job. I drive from South San Francisco to Redwood City because I know George and the dealership takes very good care of my vehicle. The level of communication is outstanding and I’ve recommended many friends with Lexus vehicles. My car will only be serviced by Putnam as long as George is my Service writer.
