It took more than one week to get the car back from the garage. David was very helpful in getting alternative transportation. Putnam staff was very helpful too. I’m not assigning any rating yet as it is early to gauge the effectiveness of the work.

Micheal was quick and efficient. He spotted the issue right away and managed to fit me in the schedule ASAP. He provided a loaner car with me asking and my tire was replaced and key FOB battery replaced within 24hr. Personss as l and efficient service is why I choose Putman Lexas. Redwood City!

While I appreciate the off the books attempt to correct the misapplication of the paint protection coating, there is no record of this, so I must return again for a warranty claim in the Putnam Protection package I was forced to purchase at the time I agreed to take possession of the vehicle
