Worst appointment I ever had at Putnam Lexus. I arrived around 9:45. I was not given a quote to sign (from the documents sent to me, it appears that a line in the signature space was added by someone else. I was told the work would take 2-3 hours. I had called when I made the appointment and was told that if I waited in person the time would likely be closer to 2 hours. At 12:10 I got a text message saying the inspection results were ready. I immediately got another text message saying I could pay and "I will text/call to notify you when your vehicle is ready for pick up." The pay link didn't work very well and didn't have an itemized bill I could find, so I figured I would talk to my service person about it. About 12:45 I started wondering why it was taking so long. I got up and saw my car outside. I asked the cashier if it was done, she got the paperwork and said my service person had gone to lunch. I was really surprised and frankly unhappy I was abandoned like that. The whole experience seemed really unprofessional to me.

David went over the work to be done on my car in very detail.

The service was timely and l appreciate when the car is all clean and tidy. Randall the service advisor was very responsive and respectful of all the required repairs.

Rear trunk door open/close is fixed and work fine, job is well done.

Alma was great. The fact that I waited three hours to discover the tire was not yet looked at was not up to usual standards. Alma was immediately on the problem when I asked. Also the car felt very strange driving home ant tire pressure registered at 36to38psi as reflected on the report. Unfortunately the tires on my vehicle call for 32 psi. After reducing tire pressure to 32 psi the vehicle ride is as expected.
