David resolved all the problems. Liberty Mutual insurance decided to total my car because of the rodent damage. My car has only 31K on it and what is more important - I love it. I was shocked. David worked with insurance, negotiated with them for several days, always keeping me informed, and convinced them to change their decision. I am very grateful that David stood up for my needs. I was actually very touched. I felt very emotional about the possibility of loosing my car. I look forward to getting it back on Tuesday morning. Thank you
