In the past I was promised that with each major service my car would be thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. The vacuuming was far less than perfect; however, this was through no fault of Randall’s….but the careless work from the car washers. I was too late to wait around for them to “redo” the vacuuming. This is the SECOND time this has occurred. Frankly, Serremonte Lexus service does a better job with the car cleaning. The rest of my service was prompt and thorough.

David was great, but my car had the most simple issue, a loose gas cap, and I had to wait three days for it to be looked at. This should’ve been an easy troubleshoot table lookup done over the phone before I brought it in.

After speaking with Randy (?), I am returning to Putnam Lexus Thursday to have things made right. I do not feel any shortcomings are of Fred’s responsibility. He was absent when I picked up the vehicle.

George was wonderful. He explained the initial problem and followed it up with two phone calls to tell me about the progress a n let me know the car was ready. He even saved me over a thousand dollars because a part he thought was needed , wasn’t. The car was shiny and spick and span when I picked it up. Kudos to George.
