I made my appointment one week in advance told him what the problem was the right rear tire. Because there was a slow leak I dropped it off for my service 30,000 miles and the right rear tire the following day they told me they don’t have a tire and needs to be replaced so I had to leave the car an extra day. I find it hard to believe that you’re not carrying at least 6 to 8 tires in your parts department to me that’s not acceptable it’s unacceptable. All the other service was done great all of your employees were very kind and helpful and I thank you for your service.

Randy was exceptional in keeping me informed about the status of the repair work that was needed for my car, but he made me feel my importance as a client to Putnam Lexus. My confidence that repairs to my car would be completed as needed to return my car to be fully operational proved to be exactly as Randy assured me would happen. I have never been disappointed with service at your dealership and this was no exception to that. I feel my IS 300 2001 runs as good as it does because of the care in your service department. Really appreciated the Uber ride home, as well.
