Randy was very courteous, told me when I would get my car back and called me when it was ready (which was right on time). Randy went above and beyond and did right by me and Lexus. Thank you for treating me with respect.

Although it was disappointing that I had to wait 45 minutes for me to check in my vehicle - i think its more of systemic on your part not to assign this to another service advisor who's free. He was apologetic on the delay and even provided me with a 15% discount for the service performed on the vehicle. He also made up to it by providing me updates on status of my vehicle - letting me know that the vehicle will need to stay overnight, letting me know the vehicle is ready for pick-up and offering to have an Uber pick me up. Overall, he really tried to provide the best service and as mentioned previously, you should have back-up advisors to insure customers are not subjected to long wait times specially when this is just for routine service and does not need specialized advisors.

Randy was prompt with service needs and contacting me when car was ready for pick up. Service was good as usual but making the appointment was tough. Calls were never returned so finally called the Service department directly.

Randy did a great job. The phone system is lacking. I left messages which were not returned for hours. I could not discuss the diagnosed issues so we could move forward with repairs. Technician called in sick the next day so repairs were delayed. I had a loaner vehicle which was helpful.
