I had one piece of paint damage that was not covered under my paint and wheel warranty. It would be nice to know how much it would cost to fix it as kind of a service. Instead I had to go out and set up another estimate with an alternate body shop.

Unacceptable, keep my company car for 1 1/2 with no work done to it. 15k service and recall were not performed. I took the car back and brought it to another repair shop. VM and text were not answered in timely manner. What’s the use of making reservation when you don’t take care of the customers. Saying sorry to me doesn’t fix the car. Your incompetence and customer service wasted my valuable time.
