I made an appointment for one concern, by the time I dropped off the car, I had a couple more concerns. The service advisor Fred listened to all my concerns and asked the right questions. He gave me a timeframe and kept updating me through text messages. At the end, I would like to highlight the great customer service from the service advisor, the tech who provided a video and a MPI and the loaner department for providing a loaner vehicle.

I had an awesome experience with Putnam Lexus! Alma was a great advisor and I look forward to returning for future service.

The loaner card were arranged per the requested. I was timely notified when job was done.

Randy was/is outstanding. Took care of everything I asked for and more. Even remembered a part of our conversation when I picked up my ‘22 RX 450h F when I picked it up the next day. Everyone else I interacted with was also excellent. I sure understand staffing issues, so my car wasn’t ready at the end of the day. No problem. Again, Randy took care of “things” seamlessly. He’s a gift. Unfortunately, despite the car being maintained (10,000 miles) nicely washed, someone left a 2x2” grease stain on the passenger side rear door. I didn’t see it on the opposite side, until I got home. So despite all the good and great, the last thing I remember about Putnam Lexus is that someone didn’t care. Just like a Venza to an RX F, it’s often the small things that make the difference. I emailed Randy so he knows that someone got in the way of his “3 pointer”. I think you should, as well.

Fred is very professional and help me to reach out my insurance. He always updated with me about the repairs. He did an excellent job for my Lexus. Thanks!
