I appreciate the service and fast turnaround with the repair being covered along with the communication on timing by Randy. I understand that the gas tank needed to be drained in order to perform the repair however I'd expect the car to be returned to me with the amount of gas that was originally in the tank (almost full).

I was told that the hood shocks that hold tge hood open would be replaced. They were not. Otherwise, yes we are very satisfied with Lexus and our Rep. Maybe you ordered those? Please respond. Thx!
