I filled out a little form that was on my mirror in my car… But I will be happy to repeat it… David always does an amazing job of caring for his customers in every way… Any questions I might’ve had or concerns… call answered and cared for Lexus has the absolute most amazing staff or should I say employees… Because I came in to out of the blue last week about a little tiny concern on some thing on the left back side door, and a fellow spoke/listened to me, & fixed it within minutes! That is not new as it’s something you guys have always done for me and I will always go to Lexus… And thank you, David!

George was horrible. He didn’t update me once in person in the nearly 3 hrs I was there. When he came out to tell me my car was done, I expressed dissatisfaction. He couldn’t even acknowledge that and to validate me being upset or even apologize! This is Lexus service? Even the service manager, Greg, was aloof with the situation. He couldn’t acknowledge or apologize either. Acted like all was normal and well when it wasn’t. I hacked issues every single time I use Putnam but not when I’ve used other Lexus dealers. It’s dumbfounding to me. However, after this last visit now I can clearly see why Putnam service department is problematic. It starts at the top and Greg (Service Mgr), I firmly believe is the reason they provide poor customer service. They don’t have a good example of what good customer service is in the leadership role. He is emotionless and doesn’t have even basic customer service skills. I know because I was in customer service for many years. This place needs serious training to provide the service that Lexus sells and brags about because they are far from it. Without customers there isn’t a business. Imagine how sales could increase by providing great customer service. This team needs a leader that will do that.

Benjamin was amazing through the whole process of replacing my hybrid battery. Extremely responsive, always kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Will not be going anywhere else!
