Yet again, George listened to my cars issue and made sure I got in today, met with a mechanic, and fixed it all in about 1/2 hour!! I came in thinking I had one issue and they figured out it was a nail in one of my tires! I’ve only been impressed with George over the past few years.

The whole process is smooth, I got a little confused about additional service item and invoice text, but it was just a false alarm, everything went fine in the end, quite pleased with the service, and loaner car made it very convenient!

I picked up my car after a 35,000-mile check-up, and it was messy inside and out. They recommended a 10,000-mile check-up with an interior touch-up, but I didn't see any improvement. I had to stop at the car wash area, and even though they cleaned it quickly, I wasn't satisfied with the result. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
