Mario was very kind to squeeze me onto the service schedule sooner. I had to leave for Chico, California, in two days for a 3-month job trip. My car already has almost 800 miles over 20K. I needed a 20k service before driving to a strange, new place where I knew nothing of the conditions of the roads or the city. Thank you so much to Mario! Now I can go on my business trip with peace of mind.

A light with which I am unfamiliar, came on in my little dashboard, and I was too lazy to look it up in the manual… So I drove down to LEXUS and David jumped in to help me again. He taught me where the light was and why it came on… So many buttons I had no idea what that one was for! Anyway, he ultimately found that there was a nail in my right front tire, and with all the other customers, they are managed to squeeze me in to repair the damage without having to replace the tire and didn’t charge me anything! he also gave my little doggy a couple of treats because he missed his breakfast… You have the kindest and most special employees… Including a couple others, who helped as well before David was notified… I didn’t get their names, but you really have a thoughtful and helpful staff! David taught me where the button is and why I would want to look at it on my steering wheel so that I would know next time something like that occurs… Thank you, LEXUS!
