David was fine, woman at checkout/ loaner was fine. The wash service was not great car still looked dirty, the inside was very dusty. Besides 10k service, I Had an ongoing issue linking my digital key in the app and was supposed to talk to Taz, he wasn’t available, so they sent a salesman to tell me that the app only links a digital key with the Wi-Fi and that I should have linked it when I first got the car. The salesman tried to link it the night I bought the car but it didn’t work then. Essentially they kept my car 3 extra days for this issue, which wasn’t really resolved. I apparently need to pay for Wi-Fi to link the digital key? Thankfully, I did have a loaner but I feel this possibly could have been handled a little better. If a digital key requires Wi-Fi why didn’t they just tell me that to begin with, should they not have known this? Overall, the staff is nice and accommodating, I suspect this experience was a one-off. Hopefully the 15k goes smoother.

The estimate for 80K service as emailed to me when making online appt was $247; but when I brought me car in, George gave me an estimate of more than twice the original cost! I was shocked at the difference and how much the charge has risen since 7 months ago, for a non-major service. I’ve always used Lexus dealer for my maintenance service but will have to rethink this for minor stuff from now on. Other than the high cost, things went smoothly.
