Always happy with with service, but this time not took twice the car and still make the noice for the break According the statement it’s breaks still in good condition , no noice prior we took first time , after the service it’s making a noice , return car to check and said check everything look good , but still make a noice , unhappy customer right now

Randy is so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I’ve had service done at BMW and Mercedes dealerships in the past, but Putnam Lexus in Redwood City stands above them all and Randy is the main reason. In addition, the service desk employees are outstanding too. They’re always friendly and truly know what they’re doing.

I would have liked to pick up my car in better condition than when I had initially dropped it off but it was not the case. Upon inspection of my vehicle after the work had been done, I noticed that the interior drivers and passengers area was soiled from whoever was working on the car. I had to go out of my way to request that it get cleaned/ request a rag to clean it myself. That shouldn't happen and whoever was in charge of my vehicle should have done a proper thorough inspection before releasing the car back to the customer. Please do better because we expect better service under the Lexus name.

My experience with Randy at Putnam Lexus was excellent. He is super friendly, straightforward, helpful, and sincerely reassuring.
