I can't say enough about how good Randy handled this service call. My car had extensive water damage and Randy walked me thru the process of totaling my car. Not only did he help me with the servicing he also put me in touch with a couple of salesmen to help me with a new car. I am 1000% satisfied with Randy and his performance on this job

In general, services are great! The thing bothers me is the setting had been changed and I may not know how to reset it back, I.e. when I turned off the engine and I can push the door handle to lock the car but the mirrors don’t close it in, very annoying! Second thing is the detailing cleaning the car, it didn’t do a good work, the windows had water marks. It has not happened before.

Ben is so thorough and completely service oriented. He kept me updated, explained needed repairs thoroughly and ensured I got the best value for my older Lexus- like suggesting Yokohama tires. Benjamin delivered as promised to evaluate issue and if possible fix same day or notify if they thought it would take longer. He updated us once the car was evaluated and got the malfunction corrected same day. We really appreciate the timely service.
