The advisor didn't tell me nor go over with me of the services will be performed on my car for the 5000 mile maintenances. And, advisor didn't ask nor inform me that there was a free dealer setting configuration could be performed after found out on the maintenance paper when picking up the car.

Safelite Glass subcontractor on a Safeco/Liberty Mutual OEM parts only insurance policy has been very painful to deal with. Michael Kim handled matters with grace and patience. That’s not easy to do. They are still being a pain and he is still keeping me informed about their foolish machinations. Even though I ended up paying for the repair out of pocket to get things moving, I have a properly repaired windshield with safety sensors aligned and calibrated. I don’t think that would have been possible without the dealer’s close cooperation and support. And both were furnished through Michael’s strong efforts.
