Mario was prompt and professional. The young lady who helped me with the loaner car made sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle as I hadn’t driven the NX 350 h. The service area was and always is clean. I was promptly greeted when I arrived.

Your employee are great Your manager **** Parts did me a favor earlier in the year and gave great service to be reprimanded by your manager apparently David has been great just to hear the manager had reprimanded him for me not filling out the survey??? Yeah that's not a good look Employees are great manager no Will still be back for service
