I've been to many other Lexus dealers & the service and experience has always been the best at Putnam Lexus. My advisor Randy Solomon always does a great Job I really love his communication skills. I hope this dealer never shuts down or goes out of business. I remember taking my first 98 Lexus GS400 to this dealer around back in 2001 for an oil change & by far the experience is better than all other dealers. I'm on my 4th Lexus & looking forward to my 5th. Thanks to the Putnam Lexus Team for a job well done keeping a team so organized
