I am very grateful to Putman Lexus. I have an upcoming surgery at UCSF. Anatasia and Alma were very flexible with my requested change in schedule for service, with much patience and understanding. Furthermore, Alma arranged to have my Lexus delivered to my home the day before my surgery. So I could focus on pre-op preparation, which lasts one whole day at home. It is much appreciated.
