Alma was great. Unfortunately, my car was returned with grease smudges on the center consul and the drivers seat. Not so good. I really expect more from Lexus.

Randy communicates well. He always takes good care of me as well as managing the repair of my car competently and thoroughly. He is both personal and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about the actual mechanics of what the car needs and of navigating the AAA insurance. I could not be happier with the result. I was so glad to have my car back! But I did appreciate being given a loaner. Putnam service department is the best.
